Who we are

James Smith, a sole trader trading as Smith&Co Carpets, is responsible for the details you send through this website. Our address is 67 Weston Avenue, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 3XE.

What we collect

When you send the quote form or contact us directly, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, postcode or area, and a description of the work. We use them to reply to you, arrange a visit and prepare your quote.

Who handles your details

Three companies help the quote form work. Vercel hosts this website, and the quote form is processed on its servers in London. Resend sends your enquiry to us by email. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is being sent by a person and not a spam bot, and for that Cloudflare receives details about your browser and connection, such as your IP address, but not what you type into the form.

What we don't do

We don't sell your details, share them with marketing lists, or contact you about anything other than your enquiry and the work that follows from it.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Cookies

This site does not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email smithandcocarpets@outlook.com and we'll sort it.
